Andrew’s main focus is on property acquisition, property sales, banking, financing and coordinating the HHE team to ensure that the whole team work closely and have the same common goal. Andrew is very proud of Hamilton Heath’s achievements thus far and even more excited about the future.
In 1997, along with Andrew Chaytow, Mark started Hamilton Heath Estates. As Head of the Property Team, Mark looks after the day to day running of the Landlord and Tenant matters within the portfolio and is the first point of contact for existing clients with any building or property issues, ensuring all maintenance issues and building works are dealt with immediately. He liaises with building suppliers and contractors and project manages all refurbishment and new build projects across the portfolio.
Reporting directly to Andrew Chaytow, Julie Ann joined Hamilton Heath Estates in 2006. Focusing on Sales and Marketing for the Hamilton Heath Portfolio, Julie Ann is the first point of contact for all property enquiries and enjoys a great relationship with some of the best Commercial Agents in the North-West. Julie Ann meets with potential new clients on a daily basis and is skilled in negotiating new deals which have helped keep the occupancy levels across the portfolio at 90% for the past 10 years. Along with her colleagues, she helps to ensure the lines of communication with existing clients are kept open and is involved in lease renewals and rent reviews. Working closely with Andrew Chaytow and Mark Clynes, Julie Ann is also part of the team who research new projects and acquisitions.
As Financial Director, Peter Gill reports directly to Andrew Chaytow. Peter manages the Finance Team and all financial aspects of the Business, deals with corporate structure of the Group and helps evaluate the medium to long term strategic growth of the Company. Other responsibilities extend to the management of links with banks; other financial institutions and working closely with the Group's auditors, ensuring adherence to all accounting and statutory requirements.
Reporting directly to Peter Gill, Lizzie joined Hamilton Heath Estates in 2014 to oversee the transactional finance team and manage the day to day running of the finance office. She brings a wealth of experience gained from working for high profile Managing Agents specialising in Service Charge Accounting.
Reporting directly to Elizabeth Salutini, Emma primarily takes responsibility for the administration and processing of the Company's financial purchases and assisting with the Accounts Team functions.
Reporting directly to Andrew Chaytow, Doe joined the Group in 2004 and is responsible for the overall and general day to day running of Lester House Business Centre. With a vast and varied experience in the role of Executive PA, Doe plays an essential part in the HR and Administration within every aspect of Hamilton Heath.
Danielle joined the team in 2013 as receptionist/administrator and is the first point of call for guests and visitors to Hamilton Heath Head Office based in Lester House Business Centre. Danielle handles all the incoming calls for clients and assists the Business Centre Manager with the general day to day running of Lester House.
Reporting directly to Elizabeth Salutini, Ellen is the first point of contact for tenants who have any questions related to their billing account and is responsible for the raising of invoices and the collection of monies. Ellen works closely with clients and assists with any queries or issues that may arise. Ellen is also part of the overall accounts function and can assist in any area if the need arises.
Andrew Chaytow is proud to have Stuart Marks and Mark Rubens on the Board of Directors at Hamilton Heath as Investor Directors. They bring with them a wealth of experience and entrepreneurial skills.
Stuart Marks is a serial entrepreneur who has built and sold four businesses over the past 25 years. They have spanned several sectors including CRM, location-based services and digital media. Every company applied innovation to challenge existing business models. Stuart has worked with a diverse and international customer-base including Sainsbury’s, British Airways, Unilever, Vodafone, BMW and various Government agencies across the world.
His most recent exit was ITIS Holdings plc in 2011. The company was listed on the LSE and was Europe’s leading provider of real time traffic information and connected car technology and was the first company to commercialise crowd sourced data from GPS devices and mobile phone networks.
In 2012, Stuart set up L Marks Limited which is the UK’s leading corporate innovation specialist. L Marks manages and co invests in John Lewis’ JLAB retail technology incubator, DPD’s Last Mile Labs, WH Labs for William Hill and is currently working on accelerators for Winton Technology Ventures and Belron. Stuart joined the Board in 2012.
Mark is a successful entrepreneur and has a number of external investments as well as a substantial international import and export trading business with offices in the UK, the Far East and Europe.
He brings a great commercial knowledge and skill set to the Board.
